2018 OCF New Year/New You Challenge

Let’s gear up and get ready for change!!

We are excited to be hosting our 3rd Annual Nutrition Challenge.  The goal of the challenge is to teach you to make healthier lifestyle and food choices so lives, families and a community will be impacted and changed. This is a supportive competition where we encourage each other and hold each other accountable.  Our hope is to educate individuals on how to design meals and eat according to their personal goals.
